About VAB Pension

VAB Pension Company was founded in March 2004 and is aimed at delivery of non-state pension support with high quality European pension products in Ukrainian market. Since October 2006 the Company has been a member of VAB Group financial group.

VAB Pension is an administrator of an Open non-state pension fund «Europe», which is the leader of non-state market of pension provision in Ukraine by its number of members, who are over 65 000 people. Also the Company administrates and manages assets of non-state professional pension funds such as «The First Trade Union» and «Mining and Metallurgical Professional Pension Fund» fund. VAB Pension manages pension assets in compliance with investment policy of each separate Non-sate Pension Fund, which is defined in its investment declaration. The Company provides maximum possible income to NPF assets at minimal risks and expenses.

The chartered capital of VAB Pension Company amounts to UAH 23 325.4 thousand, which over eleven times exceeded the requirements of Ukrainian legislation.

VAB Pension has licenses of State Committee on regulation of financial services markets of Ukraine and State Committee on securities and stock market for performance of activity related to administration of non-state pension funds and managing of assets.
